One problem nationally at the moment is the number of young people who leave formal compulsory education and fail to find employment or opportunities for further education. These young people are known by the acronym NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training). Mrs A Jones, our Student Welfare Manager, has been responsible for setting up an innovative scheme to attempt to help address this problem before the students even enter High School.
