Trinity Kitchen Challenge

Pupils were tasked to create a hypothetical street food stand that could be featured in Trinity Kitchen. Pupils had to work together to create a brand identity, menu, business plan and a model of the proposed food stand. Carleton was competing against 6 other schools in the Leeds area. Pupils took part in workshops, meeting the food vendors of Trinity Kitchen and carrying out research into branding, budget and packaging. The following pupils did a fantastic job presenting their ideas to a panel of 8 judges!
